God has many blessings for us but we have to honor God with our heart and our actions. He never planed for us to be in need. We need to do two things – to pray and to give. He gave first. He gave us everything. In a world so selfish, where everybody wants to have more and more, collecting things we often don’t even need or use, God wants us to be an example of caring. Maybe we don’t posses many things but we can share what we have, we are so rich because God made us rich. The way we get God’s attention, the way we get the blessings available to us is to give – and one of the ways we give is to give as much as we can to those less fortunate than us.
