Ministry Conference 2010 was a great time of experiencing power of God. As a minister and RSW student I was brought to a new dimension with my walk with God.

God showed me through His Holy Spirit how important is to stay focus on Jesus and how powerful His love is. I was so hungry of God and I was crying for more of Him and one meeting He touched me so much. I was lost in the present of God crying name of Jesus overwhelmed with Him. I can tell you now: There is nothing more real than person of Jesus. He is the reality of everything that exists. With out Him everything is meaningless and without life. There is nothing in life or ministry I can do without Him. I want more and more of Jesus. I want to know Him. I want to be like He is. I want to do what He does. I want to be His hands, mouth and His servant among nations.

During conference I heard not only great teaching but also many testimonies. That helped me a lot to understand how I can apply many principals of God. Now I know more how to move without limits and boundaries in faith and anointing. I learned many things that I will use in ministry. It will definitely help me fulfill God’s calling in my life.

Being involved in ministry of helps I could see the anointing that unity brings. God remind me how important is to support each other. He taught me how to overcome difficult situations and how to be flexible. He taught me it is all about Him.

A few weeks ago The River of Tampa Bay began planning a Spanish Christmas outreach. Many details were discussed and many man hours were put in to prepare for such a large event. So, after many hours of prayer and preparation the day finally came.

The first thing I saw when making the corner into the church property was a parking lot about a quarter of the way full with the cars of the many volunteers who were there about an hour and half before service. Also we had eight charter buses parked out in front of the church getting ready to make there rounds .This was expecting I knew that was going to be a big day for Jesus and we would get to be a part of it.

This was to be an amazing experience. To see so many of Gods people work together for one purpose, SOULS, was so encouraging. I believe that it was a life changing day for the 1335 people in attendance. We saw over 300 River members serve in the ministry of helps. With 345 people answering the altar call. To be apart of something that has such an impact on eternity was a huge honor for us all.

Pastor Rodney closed the service, but the day was not over. Pastor Eric then made the announcement that it time for us to give away the toys and the boxes of food; After the church emptied into the parking lot, many children were blessed with toys that were given to them in the name of Jesus. To actually get to physically show these children the goodness of God is awesome .But not only were the children blessed; the adults were given food that should last them about a week. Which means we were able to feed them spiritually and physically. This is what people need to hear and see, how much God loves them. We are so thankful that God is using us for His plan and purpose.

This past Winter Camp meeting was awesome. I really had an opportunity to plug into the ministry and serve, helping out in children’s church and the book store. It really gave me an opportunity to grow and serve in areas I wouldn’t traditionally serve. People came from all over the world and United States. The people were hungry for God, the fire of God fell and people were set ablaze and freed. It was such a pleasure to interact with everybody and got to know the friends and loved ones who came from out of town. I truly got to know my fellow classmates and their families and histories a lot better. What a privilege. Ted Shuttlesworth was here and I was able to sit in the service during his healing service. What a powerful time. People were healed in their physical bodies from sickness and disease. The sanctuary was packed with people who were hungry and came expecting to receive from God. Pastor Rodney gave away revival media players, and blessed people. The worship was powerful and you were really able to intercede and step into the presence of God. God has taught me so much about patience and diligence, and consistency. I’ve come to realize more and more and especially during camp meeting that consistency will produce more results than intense effort. For those who come to know the Father must know that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Being a 1^st year Bible School student from England I had never been to a Winter Camp Meeting before. I was so excited from what everyone had told me. I was ready to have a divine appointment with God. I told the Lord, don’t let me leave 1 single meeting the same way as I walked in. Give me Holy Ghost downloads, show me whatever you want to show me. The Lord truly touched me at Winter Camp Meeting through Pastor Rodney-Howard Browne.

During the Camp meeting out of the 16 meetings that we had I served at all 16 meetings. I determined in my heart that I would also serve the whole way through the camp meeting, I was not just going to be a spectator and just sit through the whole meeting and see what I could get out of it for myself and just walk away but I wanted to be a participator, I wanted to jump in and serve and be apart of the team and the vision of The River Church. I wanted to serve and do it with excellence. Just like Jesus throughout the Bible, he didn’t come to be served but he came to serve.

Throughout the camp meeting during the busyness and through serving the Lord really dropped into my heart a Passion for his House. The Lord gave me a scripture John 2:17 “Passion for God’s house will consume me”.  I got thinking the word “house” is not limited to just a structure or to a building. Paul refers to our bodies as “living temples” and the temple is God’s house. God totally showed me something new out of that Scripture.

It goes in line with what our Church and what Pastor Rodney was speaking about, It’s about souls its not just about having a passion for the four walls of the Church but its about us being consumed with the things of God, getting souls saved. Not just sitting down and expecting other people to go win the lost to the Lord but it’s about me getting up and being consumed with the things of God.

God really dropped this into my heart during the Camp meeting as well as other things. It was truly life changing and if anyone was to ask me should they attend the Camp meetings at The River Church without a blink I would tell you, you need to be under the anointing here at The River Church. God will change your life.

A woman with depression, Reynaud’s syndrome and sclera arthritis accepted Jesus and healing was prayed for and she immediately started feeling better. she smiled and could tell things were not the same. Sebastian prayed for a deaf man who could not hear at all and he started hearing!(I prayed on the side) I have seen diff people all over and theirs a lot of people who need help. And a lot of them got it. 20+ people talked to 15 received salvation. Awesome experience in Christ. To God be the glory!

The first day we arrived in Orlando we met a lady named Ada with constant pain in both legs, arthritis in her right leg, and no cartilege in her left knee. She said her left knee needed replacement, and she could not walk without her cane. I read the gospel script to her and she got saved. We prayed for her healing and then I told her”the Lord is healing you now, stand and walk.”She walked 50 feet without her cane. All pain left her legs and she could bend and touch her toes without problems. She was amazed as she repeated “there’s no cartilege in this knee” Just then a man walked up and got drunk in the Holy Ghost, she gave him a testimony of healing and then he got saved, thru gospel script. We prayed for him to be healed. He could not run 100 feet without cramos, but after prayer he ran 200 feet with no cramos.

Lady in wheelchair-looking out from window She was glowing after she said the prayer. Thank you so much, thank you for stopping by. 4 people got saved. Lady working at McDonald’s received Christ- I already feel so much better. Near McDonald’s Jehovah witness received Christ. 2 men received Christ. 24 got saved today, over 40 this week. 6 prisoners got saved they stopped their car and she prayed with them.

I went to a man in a nursing home and asked him if he knew that God loved him he said yes bc I’m a retired rabbi. I asked if he knew he was going to Heaven he said yes bc his father and grandfather were in Heaven, bc they were rabbis also I continued with the script and the rabbi asked Jesus to come into his heart. Lady already saved-sent the soul winner to her husband-husband received Christ. Lady-rededication filled with joy of the Lord. With a being my first time going out on the streets, I started out being very nervous. After a couple times watching my partner I warmed up! And talked to 20 people and 13 of them said yes to the Lord. 2 guys -I just got of jail-survey Bus load of kids came up to you and asked you to pray for them.

Rededication Nursing home scared of where she was going, Prayed prayer, had peace. 70 got saved. Nursing home -man who was not in his right mind -”said I’m a ceiling fan” – The allowed a way in – he received Jesus Lady received Jesus-prayed for healing Lisa came in and felt the anointing for healing .20 people got saved, total 52 people. I went to a lady in the hospital-told her I was from church and I asked her if anyone had ever told her that God loves her, she said no that no one had even visited her. I went through script, she received Jesus then afterwards she said that she was thankful I stopped by that she hated a religion. It was awesome because she had been in a church and was backslidden bc of religion.

I witnessed to a hispanic gentleman who spoke english who in turn interpreted to his friend who did not spoke english and his friend accepted as well. I followed a McDonalds employee through the parking lot on his way to walmart and he accepted. It was at the end of the day and I was able to witness to 3 girls at the same time and they said the prayer simultaneously and got saved. I followed a lady on her way to catch a bus and got her to accept before she got to her bus stop. Prayed for man who was on a respirator and friend, both received Jesus and both felt the presence of God.19 people got saved.
